How to order? How to pay?

1. How to order? You may choose one of the following methods. Online order on website This is the recommended method as all details are verified by you and are recorded. Here's how: a. Enter the bookstore by clicking on any of the categories b. Click on the 'Add to Cart' button located near the title that you wish to buy. c. The title is now added to your cart and a summary is shown near the top right-hand corner of your screen. d. When you have finished shopping, click on any 'Check Out' button and you will arrive at the payment selection page. e. Click on 'Offline' for cheque or direct bank-in (Malaysia only) and 'Paypal' for credit card (all customers) payment. Please also read 'How to pay' below. f. Fill in the form with your name, address, email address and other required information. g. Click on 'Verify Order' and the cart will calculate the final total of your order. Here, shipping charges will be added. h. Finally, click on 'Submit Order for Processing' and shortly after that, a confirmation email with all the details will be sent to your email address. Email order Send your order to 'order@1childrenbooks.com'. Please include your name, address, telephone number and the titles you wish to order. We will advise you accordingly via email. Available only for customers who want to pay by cheque or direct bank-in. Phone order Call us at 016-6287690 to place your order. 2. How to pay? Credit card - VISA / Mastercard We accept VISA and Mastercard credit cards. Please select 'PayPal' as your preferred method of payment. This is available to all customers. However, you will be billed in US Dollars (USD) only. The total payable in Ringgit Malaysia (RM) will be converted to USD before you are directed to PayPal's website. The exchange rate used is shown in the 'Store Policies' page. Direct transfer / bank- in This option is only available for customers in Malaysia or customers who have a Malaysian bank account that provides inter-bank transfer facility. Please select 'Offline' as your preferred method of payment. The instructions for this option (bank account details, etc) is contained in our confirmation email, which will be sent to you once you have ordered. Orders will be processed upon confirmation of payment. Transfer via Maybank2U.com.my - please enter 'order@1childrenbooks.com' as the Third Party Email. Online transfer through other banks - please allow for at least 2 working days for the transfer to take effect. Send us an email to inform us of your transfer. Transfer through Maybank's ATM - please scan the ATM slip and email it as an attachment to 'order@1childrenbooks.com' for verification purpose. You can also send an email to the same address to inform us of your transfer. Cheque This option is only available for customers in Malaysia. Please select 'Offline' as your preferred method of payment. The instructions for this option is contained in our confirmation email which will be sent to you once you have ordered. Orders will be processed upon clearance of cheque. Cheques are to be made payable to 'Quah Kim Lan' and must be issued in Ringgit Malaysia (RM). Top
